A paid lot run from the number plate. The vehicle is timed from the moment it is read, the fee is worked out on the way out, and the evening's cash is counted against what the tickets say it should be — the same day, not at the end of the month.
Cash and count rarely agree
Tickets written by hand, times estimated, fees rounded in whichever direction the moment suggests. The shortfall is real but never quite provable.

What if a driver disputes the fee?
The record has the plate, the time in, the time out and the tariff that was applied.
Can we still take cash?
Yes — most lots do. Every ticket exists in the system before the cash is taken, so the two can be compared at the end of the shift.
Do we need a computer in the office?
No. The manager's screens run on any phone or tablet, and reports export to Excel.
What does it cost?
